Background: The main factor causing failure of root canal treatment is re-infection the bacterium Enterococcus faecalis, so it necessary to give right intracanal medicament. Calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)2) an medicament often used in endodontic treatment. To increase effectiveness calcium hydroxide, a mixing agent needed. Mixing agents such as Chlorhexidine digluconate (CHX) 2% (aqueous) and Clindamycin hydrochloride 5% (viscous). viscous can penetrate well into dentinal tubules, antibiotic fight various pathogens tubules without discoloration. This study aims determine differential combination chlorhexidine against faecalis (in vitro). Methods: design was vitro experimental laboratories that tested value turbidity (Optical Density) using spectrophotometer before after being treated. Data were analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test then Mann-Whitney U Test. Results: positive control group had largest negative Optical Density (OD) difference, followed 2%, third sequence 5%.
